Features, Advantages & Benefits of Wind River Microbes

Zero Refrigeration Required

Unlike so many of the other microbe formulas that need refrigeration in their liquid form to keep them "fresh", Wind River Microbes are actually dormant or "sleeping" while in the bottle. They become active as soon as the hit a food source (i.e. the soil)

ZERO Macro or Micronutrients in the ingredients.

Because Wind River Microbe formulas contain zero nutrients, that means they can be applied year-round, as long as the ground is not frozen.  However, like you and I are more productive when its a little warmer, our microbes do too!

Wind River Microbes Are Extremely Stable

Because Wind River Microbes are dormant in the bottle, they are extremely stable which means they have a great shelf life.  So many microbe products that come in a powder form must be mixed and applied in a timely manner before they start going bad, you can actually store the Wind River Microbes out of direct sunlight and reduce the risk of loss to almost nothing.

Wind River Microbes Contain Both Endo and Ectomycorrhiza

Mycorrhiza is a symbiotic relationship between plants and mycorrhizal fungi, where plant roots and plant hyphae connect to form an interface at the cellular level.  This is a critical part of the Rhizophagy cycle.

Increased Uptake Efficiency

Wind River Microbes keeps the root hairs of the plants, grasses, and trees wide open for more efficient uptake of water and nutrients.  Increased uptake efficiency means less inputs and labor as well.

Other Benefits to Wind River Microbes

  • Enhanced root development
  • More drought tolerant
  • More pathogen resistant
  • Ability to unlock soil bound nutrients
  • Rich in bacterial diversity
  • Decomposes organic matter into a rich carbon source
  • Great for pond remediation
  • Reduces salinity in the soil
  • Balances the soil ecosystem
  • ...and so much more
